How do I understand?

I’ve lived with POTS since I was 14. My symptoms began after a severe illness, and from that point forward, my body never felt the same. As I moved into my twenties, everything intensified — the dizziness, the fatigue, the heart racing, the unpredictability. I wanted answers, but every doctor I saw seemed unsure of how to help.

So I became my own advocate.

Years of research, trial and error, and learning to truly understand my body eventually helped me find a way forward. Slowly, I developed strategies that allowed me to reduce my symptoms and reclaim nearly 90% of my life.

After earning my coaching certification, I knew exactly what I wanted to do — help others living with POTS feel more in control, more supported, and more hopeful, just like I finally did.
